Who we are?
The Gwiazda, Baba Yaga, and Lisica –
Rediscover your nature through them!
The need for closeness to nature and tranquility among trees and greenery led us to create Dziki Las – genuinely, creatively, with our guests in mind and from the heart. And with deep respect for nature.
The unique
alder grove
Graceful trees dance above your heads, providing comfort and solace.
Dziki Las is an island of alder trees amid fields on the outskirts of the village of Liksajny in Western Masuria – a land of lakes and forests from the former Oberland.
In spring, the forest may get flooded, so we have built wooden walkways to ensure you reach your treehouse cottage with dry feet. Minimal interference with nature, a true Wild Forest!
Ferns, alders, water lilies, blackberries, elderberries… among them roam wild animals, deer, foxes, woodpeckers, cranes…

Liksajny
A village with a documented history of nearly 700 years, founded by the Teutonic Knights. We like to believe that it was inhabited even earlier by nature-worshipping tribes guarding the border between Pomesania and Pogesania. Here, storks nest, there’s a bridge with a view of Lake Ruda Woda and Lake Rakowe, beaches, extensive cycling trails, the spa town of Miłomłyn, and the Land of the Elbląg Canal. Moreover, Liksajny stands out for its community of friendly people.
